The staff members were very engaging and helpful. Greeting upon check-in was professional; the chef of the restaurant assisted with ice for our room (all ice machines on the individual floors were inoperative). The chef also greeted us the morning we were checking out to make sure we came to have breakfast in the dining area; it consisted of hot scrambled eggs, sausages and hash browns; cold yogurt, fruit compote and fresh fruit; tea, coffee and oatmeal were also available; as were two flavors of bagels (complimentary). Thank you for the friendly service!

The location for attending a concert at the Arena could not be better. Literally right next door and an easy walk over. Beds were comfortable. Parking was easily accessible, littlerally next door with a covered walkway to get to the hotel. Parking was definitely an anxiety of mine coming into the city. Although I have a few small complaints, I would absolutely stay again for a concert.

I’d like you to clean the room everyday because the price is the same of the first day which means the room was clean, amenities are full, and clean towels. If your clean policy is to clean every several days, the price should be changed from the second day.
